Dale Guthrie – CEO

Dale was raised as the youngest of ten children in the rural countryside of southeast Idaho. He relocated to Utah to pursue higher education after graduating with honors from Snake River High School in 2012. Dale is an avid car enthusiast with a penchant for German Engineering. Being from Idaho, he enjoys nature and spending time exploring new places.

Dale has a strong background in sales and finance. He understands the importance of honesty, hard work, and communication. Dale was introduced to CBD by his friend and current business partner: Sean Despain. Dale and Sean decided to go into business after discovering the health benefits of CBD first-hand; their main goal being able to help as many people as they possibly could.

Alex Skinner – CMO

Alex’s maxim is to do great work and to get it done on time. He has brought this fire to numerous positions in the marketing field over his 10 year career. With a heavy emphasis on digital marketing Alex has become an expert in paid media, social, and search engine optimization.

Alex’s introduction to CBD was through Nectär CEO Dale Guthrie after a meeting through mutual friends. Alex has experience with cannabis but had never researched CBD for himself. After being educated by Dale he grew passionate about CBD and wanted to bring the benefits it possesses to everyone.

Alex credits his devotion to his craft from growing up the youngest of nine children in the small town of Placerville, CA. He hopes that he can find unique ways to improve your life with the superior CBD product Nectär.

Mason Hayes

Mason was born and raised playing baseball in Utah. He graduated from Jordan High School in 2014 while helping his team win a State Championship in Baseball. After High school, he continued on to play baseball and graduate with his undergrad in Business Administration from Campbell University in North Carolina. After graduating, he grad transferred to play baseball at Colorado State University-Pueblo, where he graduated with his Masters in Business Administration. While playing baseball, Mason had 3 surgeries and a lot of minor aches and pains his entire career. Going into his final season he thought he was going to have to quit due to his shoulder being in a lot of pain. His parents recommended that he tried CBD as a last resort. After using CBD before he would play/practice, he knew he had to get this product to everyone who had aches and pains.
